Hi Guys,

Thanks, first for the welcome and second for the compliments. This looks like a great site and I've seen a few familiar "faces" here. So I'm not a total stranger. I also see that there's another Simon here. He just has to be a great guy!!! LoL!!!

Cheers for now, Simon

Hello Simon, and welcome to AMR

Nice the way you have incorporated a number of the wood/timber structures and made them into one unit.

Hi Simon, welcome to AMR, that is a great scene. I recognize the buildings you used in the scene as I have some of them myself. I'm impressed with the kit bashing you have done with them, they look much better than the pictures on the boxes they come in. Nice work thanks for posting the photos. I'm presently doing something similar with some building kits that I've had for years. I had to take some of them apart and rebuild so it's taking time but I'll soon be posting some photos of my attempt.

Hey there Simon. I'll have to repeat what everybody else has been telling you so I hope you're not getting tired of it yet ...very nice work on that lumberyard. I like all the details you put in there to give it some life. I like looking at things like this and try to figure out what kind of story the whole scene is try to get across. As you look at the figures doing their thing they all tell a story. Just small chapters to a bigger story. Nice job. If you don't mind me asking, what is the overall size of the diarama? Is it safe to asume it's in HO? If so I'm guessing it's about 18"x 24"?
