Default Telford Narrow Gauge - 15th July 2012 - Competition

Steve Warrington has just announced the theme for the competition being run in conjunction with next July's Telford Narrow Gauge exhibition.

The 2012 BACK 2 BAY 6 modelling competition with have a Rowland Emett inspired theme. The simple rules are:

1. The competition is open to anyone, any age and any standard.
2. The competition will be judged at the TELFORD NARROW GAUGE SHOW on 15th July 2012 at the Park Inn Hotel, Telford. Entries must be booked in by 1100hrs on the day.
3. Entries can be kit or scratch built, but must be in Emett style.
4. Entries can be in ANY scale / gauge combination, as long as the model equates to around 15" gauge in the case of locomotives and rolling stock. (e.g. 1/12th on 32mm or Gn15, etc).
5. There will be three judging classes:

a. Locomotives
b. Rolling Stock
c. Buildings

6. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

a. Each Class Winner: A 25 BACK 2 BAY 6 voucher.
b. Overall Winner: A 50 ModelEarth voucher.

7. The judges decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.
