Default Atlas Switch Impovement by Mark

Atlas, code 83 switches(Turnouts) can greatly improve their appearance at those pesky little brown plastic insulator gaps on the 4 rails connecting to the frog..

Go buy the smallest bottle of "chrome"enamel paint and with a tiny brush, paint all those insulators with it.

It dries in a minute and looks great.Also.frog itself comes with a black coating on it.Rub that off with a Bright-boy first. This has no adverse affect on running, either. .BTW, paint rubs away sometimes when cleaning track unless you avoid painted tops.

But very easy to do over anyway.Very!Comes out looking nearly same as railhead.
