Comming home from the car shops, I have two new photos for you :

The BCL&RR shop crew is working on 2 new freight cars. A 15' flatcar and a 13' boxcar. The flatcar has been finished today and will be set in service tomorrow. The boxcarframe is also ready and waiting for the superstructure.

I'll add them to my website later, when I can make nice photos outdoor.

Regards, Gerd

They're playing Leap-Truck. They look very sturdy and well made, well done!

Thank you folks.

I just added the flatcar to my website fwe minutes ago with two photos made on my outdoor track.
http://www.gerds-modellbahn.de/BCRR/...car/Flat_e.htm

Next to be finished will be the boxcar. The car frame is almost done now and only the box is missing.

By searching the internet for a passender or crew car, I found this one on Lennart Elgs website.

http://web.telia.com/~u85436044/pix/crew_car.jpg

My disconnects have the same height as the one on the drawing, so the car would be 510mm (20'') in height, 920mm long (36'') and 320mm (12.5'') width.

Hello,

it's sunday again, so it's time to make a review of the week.
I've posted the new flatcar some days ago and now, I can also present the finished boxcar.

Some minutes ago, I had a great idea for another passenger car. I had a large coach during my european time, but sold them after changing the theme of my railroad. Now I got an idea how to convert this car into a nice US style coach... Maybe I can rebuy the car(body) from my friend.

Regards, Gerd

Looking good Gerd, you could also use it as a dog kennel if the weather gets bad.
