Default My latest freight car upgrade and weathering job

My first post here so here goes.

This is an older Lifelike N-Scale CP boxcar that I upgraded with heavier trucks and
MTL body mount couplers. I listed it for sale on ebay yesterday.

I finished up an MTL Rutland 40' yesterday working on a few more today.

I have had a lot of practice , I do weathering in various stages of rust, fading and abuse.
These were all done with thin acrylic paint washes and some full strength acrylic paints and dullcoat.
I do use chalks to at times too!
If you would like me to do a how to thread I'd be glad to share some of my techniques .
thank you for the replies they really help show me that people are truely interested and possibly inspired.
