You should see in in action...and hear it....soooo quiet. I just have to get a video done.

WEBSITE IS LIVE TODAY!!!!. by mid Saturday the servers should have rippled round the world enough for y'all to see it.
Plenty of tiny turntables ready - packed up in boxes waiting for new homes.
They can't be held prisoner in my shed any longer
they want to turn in circles on your layout, not be kept in the box!

Hugh your 2 are making escape plans - so get on the site and place your order mate!

Thanks Rick. Now website is on line I can focus back on designing more kits..and starting new layout....at last!
I have included the instructions as downloaded pdfs so you can see more detail, and as an experiment offered a couple of the kits where you can order the kits without printed instructions. ('cos you can download 'em) Wondered what folk think about that.
For the engine shed the weight of instructions actually takes the total weight into next shipping price bracket. I figure if many folk have own printer, or screen in front of them when modelling (like me) then why pay for something you don't need?

Instructions? I don't need no stinkin' instructions!

Seriously, that sounds like a good idea. And by the way - I like the web site. Very clean and easy to navigate.

Quite a bit of interest in the wagon turntable - a few went out to customers this past week...but got plenty more!

The 4" turntable is well on the boil now!
PCBs are ordered and due back end of Feb. 2 versions: split-ring contacts option for the simplest "can't go wrong" approach; and full 2 ring option so there is no dead zone where the loco sounds stops. The full ring version needs either use of a reversing module for automatic polarity correction(DCC only), or a DPDT switch (you'll have to remember to flick it!).
The indexing idea is proving tricky, but I'm sticking with it - I'm going for 12 positions (30deg, like clock face), but it might end up at 8. Of course with the split ring version, 2 opposite positions are unavailable. Am trying to keep it cheap so there will be some adjustment needed to take up tolerances - just trying to make that as simple as possible....lets see

There's been quite some interest - another 2 tiny turntables go out into the big world tomorrow.
The 4" turntable has turned to 5" - that way an 0-4-2 Porter sits on it without the couplers sticking out.
Its nearly ready - just waiting for plunger contacts to arrive.
The indexing idea kinda worked but the set up was too fussy to be included to the kit. So good old KISS principal stopping the motor by eye. That way you can have tracks anywhere.
