Default Checking In

Hey guys,

I have been away for some time now and I just wanted to check in and see how everyone has been doing? I have been busy with my three little girls as just over the past few months. Me and my wife of 6 years have divorced and were fighting for custody of the girls but I ended up winning and have full custody of them. I had to sideline my trains for awhile because of the whole matter but I am now starting to draw out a new railroad plan. It will be something basic and not to big that way my girls can watch the trains go around. It will be a 5x10 layout with some switching to a local mine.

So if anyone is still here please reply. Take care my friends and stay safe.

Hi Matt, There are a few of us still left on this site and I look in most days to see if there is anything new. I look forward to seeing your plans and maybe the building of the layout.

Doug.

It's good to see some are still around. Thank you Doug. It's still being drawn out right now and hopefully I will have it finished here soon.

Forgot to mention, I will be modeling the Chessie System. That is my favorite railroad next to the Pennsylvania, Conrail, & N&W. What I like is I can run N&W equipment on my layout as well since N&W did route trains over the Chessie ( WM portions ).
