Here is an example of the Mod Podge (MP) after it has dried. The white paint under the MP has to be very subtle as the MP dries very clear. This gives a great effect of water flowing. Flowing water is a difficult thing to get the observer to believe, so again less is more for color.



The gel really does a good job for creating a splash like around the large fish. Hope he doesn't get off the hook, no one will believe her
